SHIPPING POLICY -
• ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, THERE IS A MANDATORY 24-48 HOUR PROCESSING PERIOD. ONCE WE SHIP YOUR ORDER, YOU WILL IMMEDIATELY RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER VIA TEXT AND/OR EMAIL. ONCE WE ISSUE A TRACKING NUMBER, PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS FOR YOUR TRACKING TO UPDATE. SHIPPING IN TOTAL IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DELAYS CAN HAPPEN WHICH IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES SHIPPING CAN TAKE LONGER.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.
WE CANNOT CHANGE ANY ADDRESSES. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER. IF YOUR ADDRESS IS INCORRECT, YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED.
We process, ship, and deliver packages Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Following the processing of your order, you will receive an email notification of these details, followed by your tracking details for shipments.
Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and or order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your payment information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

Once you have placed your order we can not revise or alter shipping options.
